In the early 20th Century, Packard cars were a symbol of quality and perfection on the road. This former Packard dealership in downtown Newark has been renovated to offer luxury apartments in an up-and-coming neighborhood.

Lincoln Towers Senior Housing Renovation

The Newark Housing Authority sought to renovate and reconfigure this existing 180,000 ft2 residential tower and reduce the number of units from 252 to 209 apartments in an effort to create more efficient living spaces.

Bright Horizons Day Care Center

This project consisted of a tenant fitout for a child care center to include complete renovation work.
