Included in the program were recording studios, computer training classrooms, weight room, locker rooms, administrative offices, dance classroom, and general instruction space. This building is located for convenient access from 700 new nearby affordable housing units and is operated by the Newark Housing Authority. Construction costs were provided for through developer fees for the overall project. Program funding is part of job training from the State of New Jersey.
